Summary: Hotel was ok. The front desk person questioned me and made me show ID when asking where the pool was… like I wasn’t a guest. She apologized after and said she just didn’t check me in. Rather silly. The room was fine but very humid and musty.

Summary: The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. I would recommend.

Summary: Friendly staff coming and going. Really clean and updated. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Only drawback was I wish the pool was open later and bigger other than that I highly recommend coming here

Summary: Hotel and room were nice for a weekend trip. Bass Pro Shop, Mall and dinning were all close to Hotel. Staff was very friendly. Free Breakfast was good with a good with great variety of breakfast foods. No complaints. Would stay there again.

Summary: We had an excellent stay at this Hampton Inn and Suites. It was extremely clean and very quite to be in the middle of Dallas. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
