Summary: Poor start. We arrived late and had to wait almost 10 min. to check in because staff member at front desk was smoking weed in a vehicle in the parking lot. Got set up in room and found A/C was not working well. The thermostat was set at 65 but the room was 75. It got down to 73 when we woke up 8 hours later. Hotel was definitely old. Door to the room looked worn. Bathroom door had peeling paint and there was mold on the ceiling. There was hair intge shower that had not been cleaned up. Breakfast was very good, though. The breakfast staff was attentive to keeping the food stocked. We really appreciated that. Overall, this is one of the worst Hampton Inn hotels that we've stayed in.

Summary: I was applaud that when I checked in I received my key card that had the WiFi password as “slobby”. For someone who was staying here on business this made me feel disgusted. I won’t be staying at this hotel again.

Summary: Inside lobby was very nice-- Not nice--- 1-our room was never serviced for the 3 days we were there. 2--the coffee in room and at breakfast was weak and flavorless 3--The in-room maintenance was poor--brackets fell off the wall in the bathroom, wallpaper peeling, housing for the air conditioner kept falling off. 4--Hotel ran out of towels and all rooms were told to leave towels in the hallway when done...woke up the next morning to a hallway full of dirty towels 5--Looking forward to a pool and it was cold and had green slime on the bottom of the pool and the hot tub was not working. We should be refunded for this room since we specifically wanted the pool

Summary: Fitness room closed. I book hotels based on fitness facility. They should note it on reservation. I would have booked elsewhere. Breakfast was average at best! Out of yogurt., eggs were awful!
