Summary: The room was ok. I checked the bed for bed bug none detected but the bed protector had all kind of particles, hair, old plastic tweezers just could have been better. The couch was torn and had all kinds of stain on it looked disgusting. I was very disappointed. I will be looking elsewhere for future stay.

Summary: Just needed a room near the HardRock Casino, and we chose this place. Was very tidy and clean etc, breakfast was nice, plenty of parking, and a couple of restaurants nearby.

Summary: The hotel was very clean. The food was delicious and the individual that checked us out her name was Tae. I don’t remember the gentleman’s name that checked us and he was courteous and kind and Tae was amazing. I will be coming back.

Summary: We had breakfast 8/16/25. Delicious, fresh, and hot. The coffee was fresh,hot as well. I would recommend this place to anyone. The updated room was very nice.

Summary: Cleanliness could have been better. We had some weird brownish goop outside in the hallway near our door, the toilet had a yellowish residue on the base of the commode. I have no idea if it was at related to the diarrhea looking spot outside our door. But I was grossed out. That same yellow residue was also on one of the bath towels. I went down to the front desk and asked for another room. However, no other room was available and the option he gave me was to cancel and book somewhere else (hard to do at midnight when you've already been on the road for hours!) or maybe some rewards points towards next stay (which won't be happening). When I asked if someone could be went up to clean the suspicious gunk, that was also not possible. Upsetting experience cuz I was so grossed out the whole time.
