Summary: The room service was poor. They do every other day service now. We had 4 people in our room. They left clean towels, but didn’t take some dirty face clothes and other items. There was used cups and other trash that was not removed. Our comforters had stains. They did not give us any coffee refills or new cups and we were out. The beds weren’t made. Basic stuff was not done.

Summary: My stay at this hotel was one of the best I’ve had in years because of the people That work there and their friendliness and willingness to help no matter what they are doing . I really appreciated it and will never forget the way I was treated with kindness and understating being I had my youngest daughter and grandkids traveling with me to visit one of your cities best family’s attractions Hershey Park ! It wouldn’t have been all together great without the service in this hotel ! I’ll never forget the desk employees sorry to say forgot names but girl and guy at night and morning . Also like to mention for friendliness an employee that spoke Spanish in dining room who worked in the kitchen who asked without asking if I needed anything for kids that were with me . What a great staff ! I’ll be back with husband in near furture and friends .

Summary: Very nice and clean hotel. The breakfast selection and good, both hot and cold items. A large counter area in the bathroom and an abundance of towels to use.
