Summary: Breakfast attendant did great. Front desk folks were exceptionally friendly. Room was in good condition. Layout of room was unique. Place smelled good. Maintenance guys were even friendly. It seemed like the employees were generally happy people which was so nice.

Summary: The first room had a very strong unpleasant odor. I informed the staff and was immediately given another room. The bathroom in the room had hair on the sink and towels. Also, some areas of the floor felt like you could fall through. The staff was the bright part of the stay.
