Summary: Staff are very friendly and Helpful. I ask for double beds, when I got to room was a king bed. Bathroom in the pool area we’re very dirty , not towels available

Summary: Pool area was too hot to even go into. Floors in room and bathroom were dirty and sticky. Hairy used soap left in shower. Metal piece sticking out of side of bed not safe for our kids. We love to stay in Hampton inn and this was one of the worst we’ve been too.

Summary: Had a problem with the tv but they comped our parking which was nice of them. We only stayed one night and went to a show nearby. Other than that the stay was great.

Summary: Every thing is fine and clean except clog on bath tube. The water was flown out very slowly. Should be checked before the customers stay in. Breakfast is not good compared with previous hampton inn.

Summary: Had to call three times to the front desk about different issues in the room. They did come up and fix the issues. The trash was never taken out while we were there.
