Summary: Nice clean room, friendly staff. Beautiful building. Unfortunately lots of light from around the door all night, lighting in the bathroom is horrible (need sconces for the vanity if you have high ceilings) and there isn't a bathroom fan. Hope you like stairs with only one tiny elevator working for the 8 story building.

Summary: Parking was awful. Had to park In The garage then walk a block in the road with luggage and no sidewalk late at night in sketchy part of town Asked staff where the ice machine was and couldn’t tell me where it was. Light bulb went out in room Bathroom was so dark couldn’t see anything

Summary: This hotel has a decent downtown location, but it's not someplace I'll be staying again. The King room I had was extremely small, and the bathtub was so small I literally didnt know they made tubs this small. My 6 year old couldnt even lay out in it, and I'm guessing it was less than 4 feet long. I know that's hard to believe, but I'm serious. The breakfast wasnt that great either. The bacon was I'm assuming that pre-cooked kind thats so overcooked it's like thin glass, The eggs were thin rubbery patties. The potatoes were decent, and they had bagels, tiny muffins, juice yogurt and your standard hotel continental faire, but it really was average at best. While breakfast goes until 10am, at 9:45am we were asked to leave the interior dining area for the exterior dining area so they could "clean" up breakfast. You really cant wait until after the 10am end of breakfast? The parking for the hotel is about a block away and you have to pay $10. Beware the clearance is only 6 foot 8 inches, which is quite small by today's standards. Checkout is at 11am, and boy do they mean it! We were all packed up and literally picking up our bags at 11am on the nose when a knock on the door came from housekeeping asking us it we were going to be leaving soon! I looked at my phone & it was PRECISELY 11am!!

Summary: Kerri was absolutely amazing and such a godsend after a very stressful morning. She did everything to make our stay be the best it could be and I am so grateful for her and her kindness. The breakfast was also delicious as usual!

Summary: Beautiful hotel, conveniently located downtown. Close to restaurants and event venues. Only downside is parking is hard to find.

Summary: If you’re attending an event and you have to take things back and forth it’s inconvenient bc you have to unload your things at the entrance and drive to a parking lot around the block and walk back to the hotel. The downstairs at the entrance always smells like cigarettes, the check out time on the door in the room said 12 and it was actually 11. We had no pets but we were put in a pet room with queen beds that were not queen beds, room was very small and near the bathroom there was a cat urine smell and no microwave.

Summary: Room was very clean, they were prompt in repsonding to requests, the shower head was so good, yummy breakfast, good view and central location. Check in was very slow as they only had one employee working the front desk, had to pay for parking, and it was surprisingly noisy because of the city location and our room being by the layndry room. That being said, the good outweighed the bad and we would stay there again.
