Summary: The young lady at check in was so kind. After a long day she made sure we got into our room quickly and even gave us some bottled waters. A simple thing that made a big difference for us after such a crazy day.

Summary: We have stayed here three different times over the last 2-3 years. Always in tiptop shape, Staff is wonderful and we enjoy our stay. My only complaint would be the door tags for dogs and privacy falls off the knob everytime we open the door. I think maybe just using heavier stock to make the tags would help.

Summary: The pictures of the unit online was deceiving, I wanted a room with a full kitchen, including oven, the room booked showed a kitchen with oven, No oven was in the room. Only stove top.. Very Disappointed.. The bathroom assist handle pulled out of the wall, didn't get fixed before we checked out.. The staff was friendly..
