Summary: The room was well appointed however the ac/heating control was NOT user friendly. It was either too cold or when I tried to change the temperature of the ac it turned to heat. I ended up with a soar throat and now a cold.

Summary: It was being renovated many features were closed. Front desk accidentally canceled my stay early because the air conditioner stopped working. Very boring I thought it was the other location that actually has a restaurant and bar attached to the hotel felt tricked

Summary: The hotel was very nice, clean and good accommodation. The service at the desk was awful. When i checked in the receptionist was rude and clearly was not welcoming at all. It said that the hotel was pet friendly but when I checked in, they charge me an additional $75 that was not mentioned anywhere Then the receptionist complained that there were too many dogs at the hotel. None of this was my fault as everywhere it said that the hotel was pet friendly. I will not be staying there again, which is a shame because the hotel was very nice.

Summary: Elevators were dirty. Girl at desk for check in was sitting in the lobby drinking coffee with her back to the desk paying no attention to job. Mattresses were shot/worn out. Drain in shower and other areas were rusting, no bath tissue holder. TVs were not smart TVs and outdated. Breakfast was free and should have been free. Very limited choices, no oatmeal just grits. This is in NJ not Alabama. In need of major reno!!
