Summary: It was for work. The room was great the only thing that wasn’t good was I think there was an event going on because I kept on hearing doors slam for a long time

Summary: Staff was friendly, rooms were clean. Pool area needs attention! Pool furniture not in great shape, could use more chaise loungers and definitely umbrellas!

Summary: Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. We had fun in the pool, the only set back is maybe having it open until 10pm. The breakfast buffet was good but not many options for breakfast buffet-was looking forward to bacon but only sausage provided. Also, the hygiene products that was provided smelled amazing!

Summary: It is an older hotel and seems worn out. I understand they will be remodeling it later this year. The rooms and hallways smelled like carpet shampoo. The TV in our room did not work well and required maintenance. Some of the furniture was chipped, and the plumbing fixtures were very outdated. The stay itself was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Summary: Our stay was awesome. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was huge and great cost for what we paid for, especially close to Westgate. We were their for graduation and location was very convenient.
