Summary: The only issue i had was with the reservation. The hotel didnt see it in their system. I had to contact Hotels.com to get an internal confirmation number, which is different than the number they gave me originally. With that internal number, they were able to find me. Took me about 30 minutes.

Summary: The ac didn’t work, my key card to get in kept malfunctioning, breakfast sucks. Save your money, it’s over priced and about a 2.5 star hotel

Summary: Our room had several problems. The bathroom sink leaked on the floor and the bathtub drain could not seal up to take a bath. The TV didn't work; apparently it wasn't hooked up properly. The internet service had to be repeatedly signed in again during our stay. Breakfast was OK, seating was limited and much of the furniture there was worn and shabby. The staff was very nice, but this hotel could sure use an update and repairs.

Summary: Upon arrival, there was a couple arguing in the parking lot and as we approached the main entrance there were people openly drinking alcohol. There were also quite a few shady teens roaming the grounds and the hallways and also being extremely disruptive and rowdy in the pool and jacuzzi area, which was unfortunately very dirty as well. I would probably recommend someone to pay a little bit more to stay elsewhere. Very expensive stay for what we received.

Summary: Bed wasn’t comfortable and mattress was stained. Toilet didn’t flush well. There was a kids hockey tournament and they were loud, rude and had no respect for other guests. Parents didn’t pay attention to them.

Summary: The room was filthy and so dusty. The couch looked like it had been there for 25 years. I hate to complain but it was bad. The windows that did open didn't have screens and then the lock broke. Asked to change rooms but we were denied. I would not stay again.

Summary: ALOT of teens and young adults there. Hanging around,lounging on entrance furniture like its their house. Place smelled of Marijuana. Witnessed smoking of eeed outside
