Summary: The hotel is nice and clean. Our stay wasn’t very restful due to a clanging sound that we finally figured out after 2:00am was coming from the mini fridge in our room. Also whoever stayed above us stomped with every step across the floor.

Summary: They could have given fresh towels and taken out the trash. We stayed 3 days and it was never done. The front desk staff was amazing. Remembered us, and very kind when we needed to add an extra day. The breakfast smelled good even though we had to leave earlier than it was served. We did book because of the indoor pool, but it was never open during our three day stay.

Summary: The room was great, very clean, but the hot tub and pool were closed and that was not indicated on the website. I paid extra to have these amenities and am disappointed that they were not open.
