Summary: We wish the pool was warmer !!!! The last 2 steps leading into the pool are STEEP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was very clean and there were towels waiting on the backs of the chairs which was VERY convenient !!!

Summary: The room was spacious and quiet. The room seemed clean until I noticed my feet. The floors were filthy. A good carpet cleaning would help. The staff was great except for the Thursday morning breakfast staffer. We showed up one hour into breakfast time and there was no eggs ready, hard or scrambled/omelette. Coffee was lacking. I really love this hotel and we use it at least 2 times a year locally. I do hope a few things can change to bring them back to excellent service.
