Summary: This hotel is build right next to the freeway and the rooms are noisy. Service is poor. We booked and paid for a king bed room, only to find that "all they had" were queen bed rooms. I showed her my booking confirming king, but she didn't even look at it. That's your room, if you don't like it, then there's the door leading to the car park. This hotel is the black sheep of the Hampton flock.
