Summary: Staff was wonderful. Pool was freezing m/ hot th closed. Our room window was blocked by the car port so we couldn’t see out our window. Wish they would have told us about that and the hot tub being closed

Summary: Hot tub was out of order and we were not notified, bed was very squeaky and uncomfortable.

Summary: The room was very clean and the place was nice. I changed my dates thru Expedia and they confirmed it on the phone with the hotel and sent a confirmation but the hotel staff wouldn't honor it at first. They said they couldn't change the date even though they confirmed it through Expedia and told me i would not be able to change and wpuld not get my money back and this is why they didnt like booking thru 3rd party vendors such as Expedia. I had to make other arrangements for the first night of my stay and the hotel still charged me for it.

Summary: The property and the room are absolutely beautiful and clean.. The biggest downfall was how loud the people below us were. At 1 am there was screaming, items crashing and sounding as if they were breaking things. I had 2 kids with me and that woke them up. Not sure if that is a usual occurrence or not but that did suck. The hot tub also had quite a few dead flies and was allegedly broken. Otherwise breakfast was good.
