Summary: Hotel was very clean and offered coffee 24/7. Management was also very friendly, Hatel was exceptionally kind and helpful; I hope I spelled her name correctly. Breakfast was fresh and hot daily with lots of choices not usually offered.

Summary: The first room that we received, the toilet wasn't working. The second room the key wouldn't work. Notified the staff before departing in order to open a work order for maintenance.

Summary: Location was clean although, they were having renovations. The elevator, whirlpool was out of service so is the restroom at the pool area and the pool water is very-very cold. For some reason I thought it be a heated pool. Breakfast is not the best but okay. What made it harder for us was no elevator. Next time I need to call to double check if my request was read when I place the reservations. I always include special request, if no elevator need room on 1st floor. Its a norm for me since hubby has feet & knee issues. Word of advice, next time call when you make or need special requests. oh, oh ask on the inside pool to make sure its heated. No direct sunlight so it will be cold!

Summary: Had issues w/ tv not working, there was no cable box. Staff was gracious, she gave us another room immediately. Overall: clean room, polite staff. The elevator did not work a few times which was no fun as we are seniors and we were on the 3rd floor. The woman who helps a/ breakfast and cleans the main entry area was such a lovely lady-she’s a great asset to your hotel.

Summary: Don’t stay at this place!! I was shocked as Hampton Inn is usually a safe bet. Front desk gal was parked under canopy, wouldn’t move her car. Said it was too dark when she got off work to walk in the parking lot. 7 cars were sitting in the pouring rain waiting for her to move. She didn’t. Every hallway smelled like horrible stinky feet!! Elevator wasn’t working, had to hike the stairs. Dirt and gravel all over the hallway on the 2nd floor. Our room wasn’t vacuumed & out of T.P. and Kleenex. Had to go and ask for supplies. The room looked really run down, king suite. 1/2 the lights didn’t work. Breakfast food was out by 8:30 a.m., elevator still not working.

Summary: The room was clean and spacious but most of the equipment in the gym/spa didn’t work. The indoor pool is not heated so not useable. The breakfast was not great they had a poor selection, and anemic chicken sausage, cold eggs, oat meal was almost out. The staff was pleasant and did thier best to accommodate but the hotel needs to fix the amenities advertised it was disappointing

Summary: The staff is very friendly. The temperature of indoor pool was very cold since they didn't offer warm water. My grand kids were very disappointed. Some areas were not very clean inside the room. I think they should change the carpet. It's very old.

Summary: All the downstairs carpeting was torn up and we weren’t notified in advance. Room was nice, clean and spacious. Didn’t have the breakfast because of the torn up carpeting.
