Summary: Power was out most of the first day. Elevators were out of order so we had to walk 4 flights of stairs everytime. Kids running around randomly knocking doors. Not a great stay but hotel manager reached out to say they’d try to make it right but had to go through hotels.com bc that’s how we booked the room.

Summary: I have stayed in many hotels and this one blows others away. They were very accommodating. The rooms seemed to be almost sound proof. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast was great. I will definitely stay with them again!
