Summary: Met our needs for a place to stay on the road. Convenient off the highway. Room comfortable. Got a suite because we had our dogs and there was plenty of room. Lots of grass to walk our pups on.

Summary: Dated hotel, person checking us in barely spoke to us, could have been more welcoming. Hotel was clean, breakfast we skipped due to quality and limited choices. Hotel was suffice for just an overnight and back traveling the next day.

Summary: This facility needs to have new management. Refrigerator did not work lost all my food, milk, butter, coffee creamer. Sink faucet did not work. Bathroom floor corners and shower not clean. Noticeable cracked floor tiles, not safe for bare feet. Spoke with on site manager was promised that I would be contacted by general manager in order to "make it right".....Did not happen. Clarion in Sulphur Springs is way better.
