Summary: The place was clean and the staff were super friendly, there was construction on the 4th floor but it wasn't an issue and the times for construction will clearly marked but we were on the 6th floor and you could hear every car and motorcycle that went buy not very sound proof at all.

Summary: Very friendly staff, but hotel is under renovation and our room definitely needed it. Control of water temperature was difficult and slowly to respond. The shower water faucet was crazy. There was no thermostat to control room temperature. Breakfast was just OK, coffee look warm. The beds were fine, parking was good. Hopefully renovations underway will result in significant improvements

Summary: Great hotel that is going through major renovations. Little noisy at times because of that. Breakfast buffet was wonderful and the staff were capable and very friendly. I would certainly stay there again.

Summary: The room was comfortable. The bed was great with tons of comfortable pillows. The staff were super friendly, professional and helpful. Hotel is not the most modern or up to date but I enjoyed my stay and would stay again. Room was also very quiet.

Summary: Our stay started out good. We tried to brush our teeth no cold water. The shower was broken. I mentioned it to the person at the desk and she snapped and said it wasn’t her problem and we paid Hotel.com not the Hampton!!! She proceeds to tell me to get out now and called the police because I told her I had to go upstairs and get my wife and our belongings!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I’m very disappointed and unfairly treated!!

Summary: The spigot in the tub came out of the wall when I tried to pull the shower knob. The temperature control handle just spun and spun and was hard to turn off. The shower was cold.
