Summary: We were On 3rd floor, elevator was out which we understood but we had one person that had hip surgery a few months ago and one who had knee surgery a few weeks ago, so made our stay much harder. Water was Luke warm at best. Air conditioner worked but not nearly as cool as our home units. Associates were all very nice and we did appreciate that a lot. We rented 2 rooms at the same time and were given 310 and 318 so more walking since the rooms weren't together. We always stay at Hampton when possible although we don’t travel a lot. This one was a disappointment.

Summary: We love staying at Hampton inn but this time elevator not working and we had quite a bit of luggage as we were in road trip. Breakfast good but not like before.

Summary: I’m a handicap person and the elevators did not work, I had asked for a main floor room ad to walk up a flight of stairs. The ice machine was not working on the main floor. When leaving needed to walk upstairs to get ice. Breakfast was great.

Summary: I was sure looking forward to water aerobics in an indoor pool but the water was too COLD!! For all the guests who I saw trying it out…no one could get in it..WHY have a pool if you’re not keeping it warm enough for people. I saw no one at all in it for my 3 day stay. Very disappointed!!!
