Summary: We booked a suite that was advertised to have a kitchenette-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and pictures showed cabinets and a sink. Generally with that there are usually some dishes, silverware, dish soap and the room had none of that. The cabinets were empty, some were locked. The room and bathroom were overall nice, the shower grout needed some serious scrubbing.

Summary: The woman that checked us in had just come in from a smoke break that she was taking under the awning out front of the hotel. She smelt heavily of cigarettes. Was short. Didn’t give me any perks even though I’m an honors member and have gotten perks at every other hotel I stayed at. When I got into the shower I found out the hard way there was no conditioner or body wash in the shower. Then when I got out I figured out there was no lotion. When I checked out after my one night stay I mentioned it to the woman working the counter. Her response was “did you call down and let us know?” I said no, I’m telling you now. She replied that I should let them know next time. All I could think was…when? While I’m in the shower soaked and naked and my family is still sleeping?! Really?! Who in their right mind would call you naked and half clean to bring conditioner, body wash, and lotion to the room to fill the containers that are attached to the wall, and then finish their shower? No mam. I used the shampoo to wash my entire body and my hair is a little crunchy instead of silky smooth.

Summary: Everyone was super nice. The inside pool area was great. Hotel was clean and very comfy. Having a shuttle for a concert was a huge plus.

Summary: Convenient overnight stop on our road trip to visit friends. Welcoming staff, nice room and great pool, hot tub and exercise room. Only downer was breakfast - cold French toast sticks and eggs. Still, i'd happily stay again
