Summary: The place is just okay. Nothing great, nothing horrible. Neighborhood is okay. It is nicely located near a lot of Newport News attractions. The condo could use some TLC. There are signs of wear and tear everywhere. It was set up for rentals, bare bones on everything, not someone house. It seemed a bit much for the money but it was CNU graduation weekend so the prices might have been higher. It could be cleaner. I hit some sticky spots on the stove knobs. My wife wanted the floor fan to run at night but we had to clean it off before we could use it. The bathtub creaks something awful. In short, nothing special. I think I am spoiled from the years gone by when VRBO was someone's house that they rented out. This is more of a AirBB. VRBO needs to fix their web page/App so we can see the door codes easily.

Summary: Came in from florida to see a festival. Everything was just like the pictures. I ended up just staying at the property all except one day. There was enough places mearby to get everything i needed delivered. The 1.5 baths was definitely good to have with 4 people. They left us with enough coffee for the week and also bathroom aids. All in all 8 thumbs up!

Summary: We chose this place to have a HQ for bringing our son to school at Hampton. It was perfect. It was clean, well stocked and offered the privacy we wanted. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Communicating with the owner was smooth and positive. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Summary: This was a very nice property. My daughter actually said she would like to live in a place just like it. It was updated and very quiet and clean. Definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Summary: This property was perfect for week long stay. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. My only suggestion is for a re-equipping of the kitchen would be beneficial. We ate out daily but warmups required some creativity. Besides that, would absolutely stay here again!
