This spotless and spacious 2,600 sq ft home with a heated pool and private tennis court provides the ultimate in indoor-outdoor living. Situated on over an acre of land, it is ideal for two families or an extended family.
* 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms (sleeps 10)
* Heated 50' pool
* 6 poolside loungers with large adjustable umbrella and plenty of pool toys, noodles, PuddleJumpers, etc.
* Private, meticulously maintained Har-Tru tennis court (including tennis balls and adult and children's rackets)
* Large, grassy lawn with plenty of yard games available (croquet, football, stomp rockets, beanbag toss, soccer gear), or just lounge in the hammock
* Fenced-in backyard is lined with trees for maximum privacy
* Tons of outdoor seating: dining tables accommodate 8-10, lounge seating under the covered porch seats 6-8
* Bright, comfortable living room with wood-burning fireplace and 50” TV
* Cozy den off the kitchen with 42" TV and a small selection of games and toys.
* Fully-stocked kitchen with brand new pots, pans, dishes, and small appliances. Gas grill.
* Farmhouse dining table seats 8 adults comfortably

Bedroom 1: Primary with en suite bathroom, king bed and walk-in closet. Desk and office chair for a comfortable work-from-home set up.

Bedroom 4: Two bunk beds (sleeps four)
Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a full bath (with double sinks) off the hall.
One and a half hours by car from NYC. Two minutes to the Speonk stop on the Long Island Rail Road. Five minutes to the Westhampton stop on the Hampton Jitney.
Five minute drive to Main Street in Westhampton, 10 minute drive to Dune Road, 25 minutes to wonderful restaurants, farms and wineries on the North Fork.
Families strongly preferred. No events/parties, pets or smoking. Maximum occupancy is 10 people at all times (including children).

Summary: The property was just as perfect as promised. We were looking for a quiet home with an outdoor space that could meet the needs of our active boys. We spent hours in the heated pool. We took advantage of the tennis court, the basketball hoop, and the large backyard (that came with its own bunny). The home had all the sports equipment too. Every thing was clean and Megan was quick to respond to all our questions.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and well stocked. We loved the outdoor space, the pool, the hammock, the tennis court. Megan was a great host and responded very quickly to any and all questions. It was a nice quiet neighborhood close to town and shopping. We would def come stay again! Thank you!!

Summary: We loved our stay and exceeded all our expectations. The house was bigger than we expected and had a great layout. It is exactly as pictured and better. The house was also clean and had games and pool loungers, toys, etc. Our three-year old did not want to leave, a sentiment shared by all of us. The neighborhood is very pretty and quiet. This is not a kind of place where you should have rowdy parties. We wanted to spend a nice, relaxing time with the family and the place was perfect for us. I had gazillion questions but Megan was patient and responsive. Netflix was freezing in the living room TV but it was a temporary issue. I could not find the portable wireless speaker on my Bluetooth but the speakers near the pool worked great. I always heard from her promptly. She proactively looked up children's programs in the neighborhood for us! Our whole family agreed we want to come back!

Summary: Fantastic amenities in this Hamptons area property. The house is setup well and very clean but the backyard is really what makes this place. The tennis court and pool are impeccably maintained and just a ton of fun. We will almost definitely be staying again!

Summary: The property is clean and comfortable. Its not particularly fancy, but the amenities (pool, outdoor shower, tennis court) are really wonderful. The owner was very communicative and responsive to any issues. A great place for a family vacation or a visit with some friends.

Summary: This house is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. We loved being in the backyard and lounging by the pool and swimming all day. We all improved our tennis game on the beautiful clay court too! Nearby beach is gorgeous! This house offers it all. 4 really large and comfortable bedrooms. I totally recommend it for family or friends group.

Summary: I can't say enough good things about our stay here. Our family had a glorious time spending countless hours in the pool, relaxing poolside, and taking periodic "breaks" (!) to play tennis. We took easy short trips into town or to the beach, which was super fun, but we loved most of all being able to spend quality time together at this lovely home, inside and out. The pool and grounds are gorgeous, and the house is clean, bright and cozy--well designed and comfortable, with plenty of space to spread out. We left feeling relaxed and revitalized--a HUGE treat! Thank you so much!

Summary: Really enjoyed our experience staying here with extended family (8 in our group). The house feels like a private resort with the pool, outdoor entertaining space, tennis courts, and huge lawn. Inside, the space is generous, impeccably decorated, and super-clean. We could've spent the entire week privately at the house, yet West Hampton restaurants/shops and the beach were just a short ride away, so we had the best of both worlds. The owners are super helpful, and appreciated the detailed guidebook. This was ideal for a family summer holiday. Definitely plan to stay again next year!

Summary: This house had everything for a perfect family vacation! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The home is decorated beautifully and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. And the yard is just beyond amazing!! The pool is HUGE and the tennis court provided hours of fun! The hosts were great to deal with and responded promptly to all questions. We will be returning soon!!!
