Positive: A hidden gem in Gili Air, perfectly located in a beautiful area. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. This is the spot to book! We felt incredibly safe, relaxed, and genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The room was cleaned and tidied several times a day, and the staff were always happy to help with anything we needed. The food was outstanding, and the breakfast was easily the best hotel breakfast we had during our trip. A special thank you to Peng and the entire team for making our honeymoon so memorable and for giving us the best Gili Air experience possible. Without a doubt, this was one of the best stays we’ve ever had.

Positive: We stayed as a couple at the Hani Hideaway Hotel on Gili Air and have just checked out. Thanks to the entire team at this wonderful hotel, we had a truly special experience. Every time we returned to the hotel, we were greeted with a warm “Welcome Home,” which immediately made us feel right at home. The entire property was beautifully maintained, the food was excellent, and the cleanliness was outstanding at all times. Above all, the incredibly friendly and attentive team made this stay one we will not forget anytime soon. From the first moment to the last, we felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. We can wholeheartedly recommend the Hani Hideaway Hotel to anyone visiting Gili Air. Thank you to the entire team for this unforgettable experience!

Positive: From the moment we arrived, this hotel felt less like a place to stay and more like a home away from home. Every single detail is so thoughtfully done — from the beautiful atmosphere and peaceful surroundings to the warmth and kindness of the staff. You can truly tell they care deeply about their guests and go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. The staff were incredibly attentive, accommodating, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their genuine hospitality made such a difference and created such a comforting environment throughout our stay. One of the most special parts of our stay was the five resident cats, who completely stole our hearts. It’s such a unique touch that makes this place unforgettable. This hotel is not only beautiful, but it also has a warmth and soul that’s hard to find. We left feeling so relaxed, cared for, and already wanting to come back. Could not recommend this place more highly.

Positive: Lovely and relaxing hotel. The staff were so kind, the pool was incredible and the garden was so beautiful. Nice filling breakfast suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Well located - in the centre of Gili Air next to a lively street yet tucked away. I loved my experience here and would happily go back.
