Positive: A comfy room, and the location is excellent for exploring anything in the Old Quarter, the French Quarter, or the area of administrative buildings and museums; everything on those areas is only a short walk away. Most of the staff that interacted with us was kind, caring, and social; asked how we are and whether everything was okay. After checking out on our last day in Hà Nội, they kept our suitcases for us while we went for a lunch and to see a few final sights before leaving for the airport; great service and a big comfort for the guests. I send hugs for the receptionist. :-) The attached photo shows the balcony view from our room.
Negative: A relatively quiet but still audible low bass beat from somewhere in the neighbourhood during late evenings and nights; the receptionist offered us earplugs to alleviate possible nightly disturbances. There were not too many wall sockets in the room—especially around the bed—and the one on my side of the bed seemed to be half-broken, which made it almost impossible to charge my phone since the charger kept loosing contact or even falling off from the socket. Somehow I expected a bit larger fridge, but of course it is a minibar, and quite suitable for that specification. However, there's no room for anything more than a couple of bottles and some small snacks. Getting to the hotel by car can often be challenging due to the narrow but crowded streets.

Positive: Actually stayed one night and after I was transferred to another hotel of the hotel group due to a night club in the basement. The location is excellent. Both hotels are perfectly located in the old quarter. Now I depends on you what noise level you can handle. I give a 10 because the staff Ella and Xenia doing an outstanding job. They are so professional and welcoming that the management should be happy to have them. They handled the room complain and noise complain so smooth and did everything what they can. Amazing staff. Well trained and highly motivated. Their English level is perfect. I always felt heard.
Negative: They know they have to improve a bit on the room description and doing some maintenance bit in the rooms.

Positive: Hotel is EXCELLENT choice for the location and price point. It's in a busy part of town however the expert team (especially Marco) there provide top tier service amd hospitality. I will come back here for quick access to old quarter food and entertainment, and for the excellent service offered by the team there
Negative: Only negative thing is club placed and music played so loud that it could be heard in rooms and noises from construction site next door. Staff told us that they can move us to other (quieter) hotel free of charge but we stayed and not regretted it.

Positive: We had a great 2-night stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic - there’s some noise at night, but I’m sure this is the case at any central hotels. The service was absolutely brilliant, all staff were friendly and did everything possible to make you feel welcome. They also offered to look after our luggage when we return to Hanoi for a day which is a nice touch. A big shout out to Marco on Reception who we enjoyed chatting to 🙂 thanks!
Negative: The noise from the Bar, Night club was however not as bad as we thought it would.
