Summary: My husband and I had such an incredible stay at the Lotus Boutique hotel during our honeymoon! The team surprised us with a lovely gift in our room, and the room itself was so comfortable and beautiful. And the staff was just the friendliest.

Summary: A great atmosphere with good management staff Must visit place for stay. Great food and they suggest what you try and what not try. They guide you about the area where you should visit and be safe. If you are facing any problem they will solve it in a minute.

Summary: Great location as the hotel is located in the old quarter within 15 minutes walking distance to food outlets, shopping as well as local attractions such as Hoan Kiem Lake, Train Street, Dong Xuan Market etc. The hotel staff especially Anna, Angela & Da are very helpful & happy to recommend good places to dine at. Hotel is rather old but reasonably clean & comfortable. Breakfast was good with a selection of local fruits.

Summary: My husband and I had an amazing two nights stay at this hotel. When arriving at the hotel we were made to feel very welcome and special by all the staff at the hotel. We were offered refreshment and given information about the hotel, together with ideas of places to visit during our stay. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, offfering a mixture of hot and cold food. The location of the property was ideal for exploring Honoi. I would recommend this friendly great hotel to anyone .

Summary: This is an outstanding hotel. Without exception the staff were absolutely wonderful - couldn’t be more helpful and friendly from start to finish. The accommodation was fantastic too and our bed was so comfortable we were reluctant to leave it! We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel and the location was also superb as it’s so central and part of the lovely Old Quarter of Hanoi. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Hanoi in the future. Meanwhile will recommend to all our friends and family.

Summary: We loved our stay at the Lotus Boutique Hotel - the location is incredibly convenient, and the staff could not be more accommodating. Jenny and Anna and all the staff looked after us so well, nothing was too much trouble, from my initial queries on rates/availability to the airport pickup the morning we left. The beds and pillows were also incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was lovely, especially the home made yoghurt that we topped with fresh passion fruit. Huge shout out to the lady with the warm smile who made special coffee for us. She's one in a million :)

Summary: A hotel very well located in the heart of the old town and which offers very good services. The rooms are clean, beautiful and spacious. The bedding... A real cozy nest! The kindness and smile of the staff make this hotel a bubble of well-being. Angela is wonderfully kind and cheerful.

Summary: We had a very nice stay at Hanoi Lotus Boutique hotell. The staff was always helpful, and the hotel only has around 10-15 rooms so it felt very personal. They also made a surprise for me on ny birthday, with flowers on the bed. A note is that the breakfast is on an other close by hotel, 1min walk, but the staff will follow you. Very good hotel for a friendly price!

Summary: My family of 4 stayed in this lovely hotel twice, during our 16 days in VietNam. The staff, including the front desk Anna ,Angela and the doormen/ porters were extremely helpful. They gave us advice on where to eat, tours available, etc. Most helpful was allowing us to leave our luggage with them, when we took side trips to SaPa and Halong Bay. It relieved our anxiety, and everything was fine when we came back. Daily breakfast was very good, and rooms are spacious and clean. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

Summary: Great Location- close to markets, lake & puppet theatre. The main asset is the lovely friendly staff who were so helpful - they helped with restaurant recommendations & directions. Beds were so comfy & the rooms are spacious.
