Summary: Shower was very tight and we are 5ft 4" @ 145lbs and 5ft 9in at 200lbs. Our really only complaint

Summary: The bathroom and bedroom were very clean. The carpet was faded and discolored giving the room a shabby look. The room was hot when we arrived but cooled down when the evening temperatures dropped. We were upgraded to an apartment which was a bedroom and a second room with a massive conference table Nd 6 huge heavy chairs. I would have preferred keeping my double room with a view. The location was wonderful, just yards away from the Crane.

Summary: Actually a 4.5 out of 5 and the only drawback was that the rooms are somewhat dated. But staff was great, breakfast was excellent quality and great that there was an exercise room. All in all, a good place to stay.

Summary: Spotlessly clean. The cleaning staff came in each day and did an amazing job. All the staff we spoke to were kind and lovely. The location is great. Felt very safe and was an easy walk to the sights. Our double glazed windows kept any street noises out at bedtime. Kettle and a coffee machine in the room.

Summary: I almost never leave reviews about hotels or their staff, but I felt like I had to leave one for this hotel. When we arrived, it was really late because our flight was delayed for hours. Unfortunately, the staff member who welcomed us wasn’t very friendly the guy and was a bit rude to both of us. Luckily, the morning staff were amazing. Especially the gentleman who looks after the luggage. I didn’t get his name, but he was so kind, friendly, funny, and welcoming. He honestly made our stay so much better, and I’d definitely come back to this hotel because of him.

Summary: This is an amazing hotel and so conveniently located to the shops, bars and restaurants. We were lucky enough to get a room facing the water, fantastic views of the eye and ship!! Highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Gdansk!

Summary: 2 rooms for me and friends. Great location, very friendly staff. Sadly on our last day there was no hot water so cold showers all round and the WiFi was hit and miss. Would stay again though!
