Negative: When we arrived our room was occupied and the manager didn’t speak english but the people that were in our room got a refund and they let us in.

Summary: At the start it was hectic but with time the problem was solved.

Negative: Dirty , shower was leaking , tv didnt work properly . Wifi didnt work . Also sauna didnt work and they didnt tell in time or write message about that .
