Positive: Clean room and all the amenities you could require including good WIFI a good bath/shower and a smart TV. We really enjoyed how accessible everything was with easy parking. Also the booze from the reception was chilled and was really well priced.

Negative: There was a service charge for taking my dog with me of £50. I did take my own crate and was in the property for less than 24 hours, so a bit of a kick on what would have been a really good stay. I understand some pets can cause issues, however, I really don't see how the £50 was justified. I think a deposit system would suffice with you possibly paying a portion of the £50 rather than the whole thing.

Summary: Great stay, great location and accommodation. Tainted by the unjustified pet cleaning charge.

Positive: Excellent location, it was absolutely spotless clean with everything you needed utensils wise, and then tea coffee milk etc, all cleaning products were provided, brilliant that you can take pets, however i would say £50 is steep for one dog to stop. The two ladies on reception were fantastic went above and beyond to help us with parking as we were in a motorhome which was big they went out their way to try and get us a spot to park near the apartment which they managed to sort for us they were so helpful! Thank you would definitely stay again

Negative: They charge £50 for up-to 2 pets if there is only one pet then i think £25 is ample so we had one dog and got charged £50

Positive: The location is ideal for walks into Bowness or the surrounding area, a brilliant set up with numerous types of appartments all of which are clean and tidy and well equipped. The staff are top of the list as they help out and are easy to speak to all the time, we had an issue with the wifi in our designated apartment, the engineer was there in no time and when he could'nt get it working we were upgraded to a bigger apartment within a stones throw of where we were. Pet friendly and an ideal location just to chill and go for a wander with the pooch!! This place to me is my happy place, no fuss, no issue, good facilities and brilliant staff..........

Positive: Enjoyed staying here with my three children, booked a two bed apartment and was surprised to find that we'd been given a three bed house! It was perfect, lovely and warm, very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Oh and the location was absolutely perfect for us, just a couple of minutes walk into Bowness.
