Positive: Amazing location, in the middle of so many beautiful buildings. Weren't there for long so only staff we saw was the gentleman on reception, who was super friendly and helpful

Positive: The location & history of the building are great. The staff too.

Negative: There was no real temperature regulation in the room, and being winter, the heating was on so only way to cool the room was to open windows, which seems a bit silly.
