Summary: The property is in the middle of the two train stations in Interlaken making it very convenient to go anywhere in any direction. Every place was within walking distance. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff was excellent. Everyone spoke english and no communication barrier. Included breakfast was very good. We also had dinner at the restaurant which was very delicious. I didn't get to use the pool nor the sauna due to lack of time but it was great that option was available. Definitely recommend this place.

Summary: The only problem was we did not have air conditioning so we could not sleep at all It was frying temp I should not have to pay at all I paid lots of money for 3 nights and no sleep

Summary: The hotel is spacious and comfortable. Very nice staff. The location is convenient, right between East and West train station. But we didn't see air conditioner in the room, this could be an issue if you really need cool temperature.

Summary: Everything was excellent. The room surprisingly was a disabled persons room. Really bad view. Yet they were kind at repeption ans were kind to give me a free parking. Much appreciation. Overall excellent.
