This beautiful off water vacation rental in located in south-east of Cape Coral and is equipped for a max. capacity of 6 persons.
You will find 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms in here: 1x King size, 1x Queen size & 2 Twin beds. Queen size bedroom and Twin bedroom share the guest bathroom.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, there will be nothing to miss for a perfect dinner with your family & friends.
Feel like home in the light and bright living area with DVD Player and TV or relax with a cup of coffee on the chaise lounge while reading a book.
Enjoy the nice patio with a state of the art pool & spa, as well as a tranquil outdoor area with BBQ and sun-beds.
The typical native plants provide you with sufficient privacy protection around the pool area. 2 bicycles are at your disposal to use at your own risk.
On site you will be looked after by our property management.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. No exception.
Electricity is not included in the rental price and will be charged according to consumption and collected on site at check-out.

Summary: The house was as described, nice kitchen, beautiful pool area. Roomy living area. Minor issues as any home might have, but the Management company took care of it all. Some recommendations are to have the tile professionally cleaned, replace master br mattress and fix kitchen light/fan above the table. I’ll miss the pool, beaches and food. Headed home to the cold.

Summary: Overall, fine for the price - but the pictures are a bit dated. Good: - Clean - Sufficient space, including plenty of hangers and shelving in closets in all 3 bedrooms - Pool/area is really nice and worked well - Plenty of linens, towels, cutlery, kitchen-ware - Neighborhood is generally quiet - Lots of beach toys, coolers, etc. (we did not use these - but saw them) Bad: - Check-in/check-out process is too intrusive (someone personally comes to property) - Trash bins in middle of driveway on arrival - Dryer does not work. Door is difficult to close and it took at least 4 cycles to dry one small load. - Dishwasher had very foul odor - One of the toilets does not flush properly - Electricity is charged separately - Pool liner is aesthetically pleasing, but rocks that line the bottom scratched up our feet a bit - Not the property's fault, but there is a very loud set of dogs immediately next door that had uncanny ability to be incredibly loud late in the evening. Quiet otherwise. Just something to note particularly if traveling with small children. Property manager was apologetic re: issues identified (and said she would not end up charging us for electricity due to the dryer misfunction). Immediately prior to arrival we had a family issue arise, but rental agency was incredibly unsympathetic and sent a long condescending response when we asked if we could somehow get a refund and/or try to re-rent.
