The villa is located in the not yet so densely developed northwest of Cape Coral. Particularly noteworthy is the very quiet location. Here there is no direct neighborhood and you look all around in the nature and on the channel. If you are looking for a lot of peace and quiet, but still don't want to be alone, then this villa is just the right thing for you. Here, relaxation is guaranteed.
This villa offers maximum space for up to 4 adults. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, the guest bedroom with a queen size bed. Each of the 2 bedrooms has its own television.
Both bathrooms have modern fixtures. The master bathroom with 2 sinks, walk-in shower, bathtub and toilet, the guest bathroom with shower/bathtub, sink and toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances including a Nespresso machine. Here you have the possibility to take a quick breakfast at the kitchen bar. The dining area is directly adjacent to the kitchen, everything is friendly designed.
The bright and comfortably furnished living area has a comfortable seating area, here you can spend especially nice TV evenings in front of the large flat screen with family or friends. There is a WLAN high-speed internet access available in the entire house area, also a Bose sound system. Through the large sliding door in the living room you can directly access the covered terrace area. Here you will especially enjoy the juicy steak from the WEBER BBQ gas grill.
Enjoy the sun hours at the heated pool on the sun loungers provided for you. The pool faces south and here you are invited to take a refreshing dip.
To this villa you can rent a boat, even if it has no boat dock. We have boat docks in the Yacht Club area and in Rosegarden. From there you can use the boat you have rented, and in the evening you can moor it there again on the lift.
On site you will be taken care of by our property management. Bringing pets is not allowed.
Electricity is not included in the rental price and will be charged according to consumption and collected on site at check-out.
The owner does not provide gas for the grill. Gas is provided on a guest to guest basis and the guest who runs out of gas must purchase a new full bottle. Otherwise, it will be filled by the property manager and charged at $50.

Summary: I loved the home and location BUT the pool was impossible to swim in due to it being cold! The bathing and drinking water had a horrible smell to it because it was well water which also made it very unpleasant!I asked for a break on the electric bill due to the COLD pool and smelly bathing water and they denied a discount hence the poor review! I am at another rental in northern Florida at the moment with a wonderfully warm pool to swim in and pleasant drinking and bathing water!

Summary: Beautiful lazy time property. If you like quiet laid back this is definitely for you. I’m sure it won’t be like this for long as there is lots of land development going on around the area. We spent 2 weeks and had a great time. We have rented houses in Cape Coral for the last 8 years and this is one of the most well furnished homes as far as kitchen, bath towels, blankets for snuggling on the couch and very comfortable furniture in the living room. It was a little further from restaurants that we like, but we knew that going in. The pool is not huge, but just right for lounging and we were allowed to heat it as we wanted, also knowing we would have to pay a little for the extra electric. Small price to pay for comfort. Check in and check out was pleasant and timely. We had some questions about speakers and fan remotes and these were addressed right away. I would highly recommend this property. We had a great time.
