THE U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS CONTROLS THE WATER LEVEL OF THE LAKE AND RIVER. THE DOCK AND WATER EQUIPMENT MAY BECOME UNUSEABLE DIRING PERIODS OF LOW WATER LEVELS.
