Positive: Such a homely feel to the property. Great location for travelling. The staff are very helpful, friendly and warm. Breakfast was very nice and freshly prepared. Rooms kept clean with fresh towels. Best place I’ve stayed for making you feel welcome, from beginning to end. This was our first trip to Beijing and the perfect place to stay for making us comfortable in a new environment. We also booked a trip to the Great Wall of China through the hotel. It was fantastic. Such lovely friendly staff 😊
Negative: I guess there a lack of hanging space for clothing. But as most people have short stays, it makes sense. Overall we have no complaints about our stay

Positive: The place has fantastic staff, they were very helpful with booking tickets and tours, which can be a challenge with as you need to figure out WeChat and other China specific situations. They gave us tips and made sure we were comfortable, enjoyed and got the most out of our time in Beijing. Also worth mentioning is that the location is very conveniently located near a metro station and you can be at all major sites within 30-45 minutes.
Negative: I would have liked a bigger pillow and the breakfast was nothing special.

Positive: 10/10 stay. Would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were so kind and really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. They sent us loads of information regarding what to do and what apps we needed to download prior to arriving. They organised all our tours for us aswell. The location was very central. The girls at reception were so generous! We really enjoyed our stay💗
