Positive: A decent/basic breakfast was included in price. Host welcomed us warmly. It was a quiet place in the nature.
Negative: Communication prior to arrival was not good because couldn't get through before hand. No TV/DSTV & need more comfortable couch in the room. Mirror needed in toilet

Positive: It is basic accommodation but clean. Loved the greenery around and it was peaceful. Sam the owner and his staff are very friendly. Basic breakfast but tasty.
Negative: A small table outside the door by the bench where one can sit and have a meal.

Negative: Maybe a little far from the centre of Katima, but with car no problem.
