Negative: Water from bathroom was sipping into adjacent double bed room floor when one takes a shower. Although my booking stated breakfast was included but when I ask, owner says chargeable. Perhaps need to omit this in the booking.

Positive: The host was friendly, polite, generous and extremely helpful. Her cooking was good. The property is spacious, nicely decorated, clean and have most of the necessary amenities (eg hair dyer, washing machine, microwave oven, filtered drinking water, fridge, aircon, fans, coffee, tea, tidbits, etc). The beds and mattresses are comfortable and clean. The toilet is spacious. Pleasantly and surprisingly, there were no mosquitoes, cockroaches, lizards, ants, etc (how did the host manage to achieve this). The property is situated in a convenient location, close to all local amenities. It is quiet and peaceful.

Negative: Nothing of a serious nature.

Summary: Will love to stay at the same place when we return to Penang.

Positive: The place was incredibly cozy and comfortable, and within walking distance of several food stalls. Although the host wasn’t home when we arrived, she was very kind and considerate, leaving us a drink and stocking the house with plenty of candy and snacks!

Positive: The location is very convenient ,has lots of food & shops within 3 mins walk. There is also Pearl Hill just 5 min walk away that my husband & I enjoyed the morning serene walk. The house is clean & comfortable. We stayed for 7 days, landlady provides washing liquid, we managed to wash & sun our clothes Land lady ,Christine is very hospitable & chatty, picked us up from the airport & brought us for the most fragrant , delicious, reasonably priced nasi lamek we have ever tasted on our way to the house.

Negative: The only set back is that we is no cooking facilitates except for making drinks.

Summary: It is one of the most pleasant & unforgettable homestay experience that exceeds our expectations
