Positive: Warm cosy,clean well decorated, comfortable, quiet,. Everything you need,and more for your stay, some nice extras including pinball machine, guitar,and keyboard. Communication with the Happy home team was first class,from the moment we booked,and all forms of transport were within easy walking distance. There has been some comments about the entrance/courtyard to the building, Which may be true, But these are out of control of the owner, Please ignore them,cause when you enter the apartment,you will be delighted, Don't judge the book by the cover. If I go back to Budapest in the future,I would not hesitate to book Happy home again. Trip 14th-21st December. Tam

Positive: We could do a early check in and the instructions how to enter the building and the apartment were clear. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We got 4 towels for 2 people and plenty of toilet paper. We didn’t bring any soap or shampoo but even these things were present in the bathroom. Netflix worked perfectly on the tv. The bed was very comfortable. The pinball machine is a nice addition for entertainment. Also we got a supplementary bottle of wine :) The location was also perfect, 6 min walk to the metro, grocery store Lidl, Burger King and what looked like a shopping centre.

Negative: The stairs to the mezzanine were creaking as we walked up and down.

Summary: Absolutely worth the money and good location

Positive: That was an amazing stay. Great place, packed with everything you need, cosy, warm, secure, no noise. And the location - super convenient, near metro and trams, but also very good for taking a good walk.

Positive: Extremely helpful staff, were ready to wait for us late in the evening because we were coming later as expected due to bad weather. For us - perfectly located. It was quiet, comfortable bed, enough sockets for your devices! Kitchen, bathroom are nicely equipped, you have everything you might need. Everything is functioning, we had also welcome pack, which was cute. And this is really very specific thing, and might be relevant only for those who are tall (>180cm) - the WC is quite near to the heater, which ist right in front, so you might need some effort to adjust yourself.

Positive: Location Location was excellent. Good staff. They resolved the Rosé gift issue, but was not cold

Negative: Toilet had some issues. Temperature could not be adjusted, so we had 4 cold days. A bit noisy from the other room. Nowhere does it say that the ceiling height in the bedroom is very low. We didn't find the rose gift at our arrival

Positive: Superb apartment situated in a side street off a very busy city centre road. Absolutely no noise! Close to transport links. The apartment was clean, modern and extremely comfortable. The staff are very friendly and attentive to your needs. Oh.. there's a pinball machine in the apartment.. what's not to like! Thanks again for a wonderful stay, I'll be back!

Positive: Very beautiful object. As soon as I saw pinball machinę, I knew I had to book it. It had everything needed (and even more). Very good contact with the host. Possibility to use the luggage storage in the office, thanks to which I could meet the hosts in person and see what wonderful people they are. The apartment is clean. A large bathroom and a large shower are an additional advantage. Very comfortable bed. Close to the metro.

Negative: The entrance and the yard did not look inviting, but once you enter the apartment you forget about it.
