-This 650 sq/ft modern condo is fully furnished and fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Open plan layout features a large living room with floor to ceiling windows, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped. The condo sleeps up to 4 guests, including a queen murphy bed and a queen sofa bed in the living room.
You will have the entire space to yourself. The large windows in the living area allow for expansive views of the city with an abundance of natural lighting. Blackout curtains offer functionality and privacy. This is a quiet building and the unit itself is located on the top floor and is accessed by elevator.

Summary: Location Location lots of places to walk and restaurants and lounges plus the forks and the river would definitely stay there again Thanks Tony and Nina and forgot great condo and east viewing and condo was stocked.

Summary: My stay here was exceptional. The communication with Nina was excellent and she responded to my questions right away. I was worried about the check-in process as I have had problems in the past but it was all very simple and accurate. Nina contacted me during my stay to ensure everything was going well and offered to come over and help in any way. I was traveling alone and I appreciated this additional, personal touch. A great VRBO!

Summary: First let me say as a VRB owner myself Tony and Nina are amazing hosts. They were great at replying quickly to me and all the instructions on location, parking and how to get in were perfect and stress free. The condo is beautifully decorated and the attention to detail was right up my ally. It was super clean and had everything I needed for my stay. In fact I could not wait to get back at the end of my work day to bask in the cosy atmosphere they created. I also found the murphy bed really comfortable. Loved your place and next trip to Winnipeg will be booking again. Thanks so much Jodi

Summary: This was a very well appointed unit in an architecturally interesting circular building. The unit had a great view towards the Museum of Human Rights. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom spacious and the towels and linens of nice quality. The layout and furnishings were well planned for the shape of the unit.The condo had a great location - a half hour walk along the beautiful Red River to The Forks or into downtown, a short distance from a number of nice restaurants. Higgins Avenue was easily accessible for travel by car. The hosts were very responsive if we had questions. We found it easy to park although the parking lot is not yet paved.Would certainly stay there again.

Summary: Returned to Winnipeg after many years. Looked online to find this place. At first I was hesitant knowing what the Exchange District was like years ago. Nina was great at providing me with an accurate outline of what the area now has to offer, close to the Forks, walking trails across the street, 5 minutes from Portage & Main, walking distance from Manitoba Theater Center, and much more to offer. Loved the location. The condo was clean, bright, nice layout, everything you need, including a super comfortable bath tub! Great for a weekend get away or a long-stay. Quiet, safe, functional, hip and super nice owners! Thanks for your service. I'll be returning and highly recommend to others!
