Positive: I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and was pleasantly surprised to have such a nice girl named Christina working at the reception. She is very caring just like a mom, constantly helped me in everything, with the purchase of tickets, gave useful advice on where and what is better to buy. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and everything worked perfectly, and most importantly - the hotel is close to the National park (East entrance). The location is quite good, in the evening you can walk in the cozy and beautiful streets, get a massage, and buy some fruits. The price to quality ratio is excellent. I recommend this hotel to all travelers.

Positive: The room was clean. The location is nice, close to the main street but far enough so that the noise doesn’t bother at night. The staff goes above and beyond for their guests while also providing information about things to see in the vicinity 10/10

Positive: Three of us friends stayed here - we had the most amazing stay. The staff were all so so so lovely, and beyond helpful with organising our visit to Zhangjiajie national park, helping us with food choices and gave us breakfast and unlimited free bottles of water. It is a new hotel, but everything is so well organised so we really liked staying here, and would recommend it highly!

Negative: There wasn’t any negatives of the property - great location, staff and facilities.
