Positive: Very clean , felt like home, nice back yard price was good ,quiet neighborhood, close to beach
Negative: The back yard needed some TLC ,the back deck rug needed cleaning, when driving up the first time the front door was not so welcoming because it need a new paint job. As well as a few other areas And a portion of the fence was down and someone had placed 4 stepping stones together in back yard as a burn pit. Was not cleaned up we piled the wood and trash on it. We did make the owner aware and was ask if they could care for it after we left. Yes. We stayed there last year and this property was very good this time just needs some TLC. Would consider staying there again All n all was a good stay

Negative: Never could get the tvs working. The instructions given were seriously lacking and not applicable. There were five remotes in the living room! Remember that guests are not familiar with your setup. Please simplify and explain clearly how to operate them.

Positive: It’s very cute and comfortable. Nice covered area in the back yard. Beds are comfortable. Laundry on property.
Negative: The first day we found bugs. I contacted the management company by email and phone. On the phone I was told I would hear from someone that day. No reply. 2 days later someone replied to my email. I let them know I had kids and a service dog so if they were spraying they need to make arrangements to do it when we were out. Later that afternoon as we arrived home a guy with his spray showed up. I didn’t allow him to spray while we were there. Never heard back. Many of the gadgets don’t work… air frier, Forman grill, outside grill. Master shower is the smallest shower ever. No room to even shave legs. Larger people would not fit.
