Summary: For what we needed it was perfect. Out of the way quiet place. Clean good mini splits. You need to be like us, a place to hang your hat at night while you go out during the day. We played tennis at Dave Marshall Tennis all day and went to their pool and also to movies and beach. We didn’t spend any days there just nights and it was perfect. Neighborhood isn’t luxury, but to us that didn’t matter. Managers were excellent. Check in was late and they gave us money back- for us that was fine. But for other people that may be an issue. We were flexible. Again we were very happy with our stay.

Summary: This quaint cabin gives you the feeling that you are in the mountains but at the same time minutes from the beach. Staying in the wilderness while at the beach. It truly is the best of both worlds especially if some members of your group prefer one over the other. It truly is the best of both worlds. This rental allowed pets which was important to us that we could have our dogs stay with us. There was a nice sized back yard that we fully took advantage of after spending the day at the beach. We played lawn games and made s’mores. One important thing I would like to mention is that there is a spiral staircase so it can be challenging getting luggage to the second floor. Also there was not a washer and dryer on the premises. It was quite humid during our stay so beach towels and bathing suits did not dry when hanging them to dry in the sun. Needless to say a dryer would have been nice to speed up the drying process. Please note that I gave a 4 star rating for cleanliness, not for internal reasons but external concerning excessive garbage left by the previous guests. The owners did make every effort to rectify the situation once we made them aware. Overall, the place was great and I would gladly stay there again. Highly recommend.
