Negative: lack of seating in common areas. Getting a shuttle was a complicated process.
Summary: we where there the night before a cruise, it was ok for one night.

Positive: The room was nice and clean. The pool was fun for the kids and the breakfast was well stocked and varied.
Negative: We asked for new towels and our beds to be made up twice in the same day. Neither ever happened. Elevator was slow and often long lines to use. Often being used by staff to move carts around.
Summary: It was a nice and clean hotel, but overpriced and lack of service.

Positive: Great location convenient for the cruises and the train, very helpful and friendly staff and clean and comfortable room
Negative: Breakfast was a bit chaotic as it’s a small dining area with both people staying at the hotel and people going on the Major Marine boat tours, pity it couldn’t be seperated
Summary: Loved the stay here and would definitely stay here again
