Well-maintained 2 bedroom/1-bath cottage in Sawyer, Michigan. Located just one mile from the Warren Dunes State Park. Fitted for a family or a couple this home offers everything you could ask for in a great getaway. The kitchen is fully stocked for the foodies at heart, and up-to-date electronics for today's lifestyle include a Bose Bluetooth speaker. Outside you will also find a firepit which is excellent for those late-night smores cravings. Smart TV, equipped with Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. (no cable TV). If you are heading to the beach the home does have a cooler and 2 beach chairs that the owners leave for guests to use. While this cottage shares a single wall with an adjoining unit, you'll find that the space has been thoughtfully designed to provide privacy and a peaceful ambiance. Sawyer favorites like Mesa Luna, Peasant's Pantry, Greenbush Brewery, and Sawyer Gardens are within minutes of the home.
We kindly request that guests refrain from hosting large parties or family gatherings out of respect for the neighboring homeowners, many of whom reside here year-round. By fostering a sense of harmony and consideration, we can ensure that everyone enjoys a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.

This property is well-maintained and equipped for the comfort and convenience of our guests. Our vacation rentals include well-equipped kitchens, living, and dining areas. Linens and towels are provided. Homes have washers and dryers, a dishwasher, central heat, and air conditioning, and high-speed Internet service. This property has a Coffee pot available for use.
We ask that renters bring condiments, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, extra toilet paper, and convenience items like plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and zip-lock bags. We do not resupply anything during the stay. We provide two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 garbage bags, and hand soap, so plan according to your needs.
Minimum Age Limit for Renters: The guest signing the rental agreement/contract must be 30 years of age or older (ID at check-in required) and must be responsible for the group during the entire time of the stay.

Summary: Other than the smashed bug on the white front window curtains it was clean. My check-in was delayed because they were still inside cleaning when I arrived at 4 p.m. I left to go get something to eat so they would do a good job cleaning. Did not see any credit for the lost hour. Also, for that much money someone should pull the weeds behind the house so you can see the hostas in there.

Summary: The property was neat and clean and as described. As we were 'out and about' quite a bit, we did not take advantage of everything the cottage had to offer, but appreciate the amenities just the same.

Summary: Our family wanted to explore the sand dunes and beaches of SW Michigan. This was a great location. Just minutes to Warren Dunes State Park and a great location for some day trips as well. We went to Silver Lake to enjoy ATV riding on the dunes one day, spent a day traveling the winery trail, and enjoyed exploring in St. Joseph, Holland, Three Oaks and Sawyer. The home was darling! Very clean, bright and well stocked with everything you could need or want. The back yard is equipped with a gas grill, fire ring and patio set. We enjoyed grilling and an evening fire. On our beach days we enjoyed the beach chairs and cool cabana provided by the owner! Lots of other items to choose from as well for a fun beach adventure. The home and neighborhood were quiet, with comfortable beds and excellent a/c! Our family highly recommends this property!

Summary: We had a girls weekend and really enjoyed our stay! We went wine tasting and golfing which was only 10 minutes from this house. We walked to Warren Dunes in the morning and enjoyed the beach! The house is so comfortable and fully stocked. We enjoyed a fire one evening and there were plenty of chairs for us. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Summary: The description of this property is spot on, but so much more could be said! The house is so nice, clean, and updated. It had everything we needed. It was in walking distance to three local eateries and a brewery, all of which were fantastic. Also, the property is literally less than a 5 minute drive to Warren Dunes State Park. It was an easy drive to Weko Beach and Saint Joseph as well. The house is equipped with beach chairs, a cooler on wheels, yard games, a bicycle, and board games. I did have trouble with my GPS finding the location, but the manager was so helpful and nice when I called for directions. We had a great time and would recommend this property to anyone looking to explore Sawyer and the surrounding cities.

Summary: We had a lovely time in this well-stocked home very close to Warren Dunes. The kitchen had everything you might need for cooking and grilling at home (including a coffee pot, which is not included in the listing, so fear not!). The home was very clean and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The location was also great for going for runs/bike rides.
