Welcome to Harbor House, located in the heart of Ephraim, Wisconsin!
Ephraim, with its sparkling harbor and picturesque landscape, is undoubtedly the crown jewel of Door County's bayside villages. That's where you'll find our restored 5-bedroom house, located on a quiet street at 9801 Brookside Lane.
The Harbor House has a large screened-in front porch, living room, dining room with seating for 12, kitchen, 2 full baths, and 5 bedrooms (2 master bedrooms, each with a queen mattress), one bedroom with three twin beds (bunk beds and a separate twin bed), one bedroom with a set of twin beds & one lofted twin bed (above the laundry area).
For your convenience, all beds have pillows, bedspreads, blankets, sheets, pillowcases and mattress pads. Bath towels are also provided.
Harbor House features a 32" flat screen SmartTV as well as hi-speed WiFi. We provide a Weber charcoal grill, an outdoor fire pit with Adirondack chairs as well as 4 kayaks for our guests to use. For those traveling with small children, a pack-and-play crib and highchair are available.
Parking is provided for up to 3 cars. For groups that have a large number of people, consider booking both the 5 bedroom house and our 2-bedroom Harbor House Guest Cottage located toward the back of our property (listing number 982888).
We are conveniently located approximately two blocks from the Ephraim public beach.

Summary: Four great lady friends enjoyed this lovely home and especially loved the front porch. Home is well appointed with all the important stuff..comfortable beds and furniture, good kitchen, enough room to enjoy being by yourself. Location is ideal, only a short walk to Main Street Ephraim and the Bay. Great value and Would definitely return

Summary: Love this house! Cozy, clean, and lots of Door County charm with the large, enclosed front porch. (The porch would be ideal for a family game night in the summer with its tables and porch swing.) We had a nice time at the fire pit surrounded by plenty of Adirondack chairs for our group. (Bring your own firewood.) Even saw beautiful northern lights from the beach a couple of blocks away, and heard coyotes yipping and howling in the wooded area to the west. Very responsive host. Highly recommend!

Summary: House was comfortable with a very nice porch. Plenty of room to accommodate our group of 5. Nice firepit area for a group to enjoy (we didn't have the time to use it). The walk to the lake was only about a block away. The owners contacted us to check that all was ok when we checked in and again to ask if we had any check out questions. Highly recommend this rental.

Summary: Our group of 6 comfortably stayed for Sister Bay’s Fall Festival. It was the perfect location! The large dining table was ideal for our group and the fire pit was a welcome retreat after a long day at the festival! This was our 2nd time renting The Harbor House and we will do it again!

Summary: We were a group of 73 year old women getting together here after our 55 year class reunion in Green Bay. There were 9 and all were comfortable with sleeping arrangements. Great location, walking distance to shore, where we were pretty lucky to see the northern lights. We had one little glitch with internet and was quickly taken care of with Randy. The hosts were very attentive, concerned that everything was good. A good and special time was had by us all. Thank you Randy and Elizabeth
