Negative: The hot tub was broken. The whole house could use a little upkeep. Sheets on the bed upstairs were old and scratchy. No sharp working knives for cooking. For the price it was a little disappointing

Negative: Aside from not being able to stay longer, the downstairs toilet seat/lid is coming adrift so tricky to navigate!

Negative: Things were just not in proper repair. The garage door was really hard to unlock and the knob was way to close to the door jam so when you opened it, it scraped your knuckles. The bbq was disgusting and just covered up like someone hoped no one was going to use it. The bar for the hottub was broken, and the cover was really in rough shape.
