Welcome to our Harbor Town Haven on Mud Island. You will love staying in this completely updated home located in a wonderful, safe community on the Mississippi River and minutes from Downtown Memphis. Come explore Memphis and stay in our cozy three bedroom, two bath home that comfortably sleeps five.
Harbor Town is a little oasis at the northern end of a strip of land called Mud Island. It sits right outside the main business district downtown, making it one of the best Memphis neighborhoods for that quick commute to downtown. The Mississippi River runs on one side, and the Wolf River Harbor on the other. The area has 500 homes and apartment complexes, and it is a quaint neighborhood where residents live, shop, and dine on the island. The riverside is busy with people walking, exercising or having a picnic along the river at Greenbelt Park. There are even bikes and scooters conveniently available to rent while enjoying the Mississippi River views.

Summary: Great host who was very accommodating. We had everything we needed for our entire stay. Great location across from the Mississippi River. The weather was bad (snow with freezing temperatures) and Jodie had the house ready earlier than expected. We were so grateful because we had planned our stay to arrive right at check in and we were able to go right in. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: Jodie's VRBO in the Harbortown neighborhood of Memphis was fantastic. Spacious, spotless, well stocked, comfortable beds and a perfect location for us. The property is on Mud Island, a few miles outside of downtown Memphis - walkable to the Mississippi River, Cordelia's Market and several restaurants. We walked the neighborhood and found great trails within. Quiet and relaxing. Thank you!

Summary: Our stay was awesome! The house was the perfect set up for our stay. A great kitchen space, bedrooms, living room, etc. It was nicely decorated with fall and Memphis decor. It was welcoming to say the least. The area was very quaint and you felt very safe. Great area for taking walks and looking at the Halloween decorations in the neighborhood - a St. Jude fundraiser! It was close to the Mississippi River, a few restaurants and an adorable little market. We truly loved our stay. I hope to make it back. I would highly recommend this awesome home to anyone who wanted to feel right at home. Thanks for making our visit a great one with all your cozy little touches!
