With plenty of hiking, wine tastings, gallery strolling and outdoor concerts. Also a perfect winter home to cozy up with all of the amenities this home has to offer. Take a stroll along the docks or just sit back and relax and prepare a meal in this vast gourmet kitchen or sitting on one of the two decks or walkout patio and grill out using the Webber Grill all while enjoying great views of Kalamazoo Harbor and Mt. Baldy. Relax and enjoy the large 5 person Hot tub, 4 person Sauna or enjoy the steam shower! Relax in front of the fireplace in the movie room or entertain in the bar area. The primary bedroom features a California King bed, smart TV ensuite bath with heated flooring, multi-head shower, and bidet toilet. Bedroom 2 features two queen beds and smart TV. Bedroom 3 features 1 queen bed with a daybed and a smart TV. Bedroom 4 features a king bed with a smart TV. There is also a twin daybed in the lower level room. There are 4 bathrooms. Bathroom 2 has a shower/bath combo. Bathroom 3 and 4 feature showers. Washer and dryer on lower lever. Parking for up to 4 cars. Don’t miss the opportunity to experience this incredible property!
By renting this property you are agreeing to the following rules:
(RULES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED)
1. All of our rentals are non-smoking.
2.) You and your guests are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items. Any boats (if available) used on the property require life jackets be worn and are used at your own risk.
3.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Tents of any kind are not allowed.
Arrangements for trailers need to be made. There is parking for 4 cars in the driveway. Parking on the road is prohibited. Prior to your arrival we will need the make, model, color, and license plate numbers/state of issuance of each vehicle that will be parked in the driveway.
4.) Do not move the furniture.
5.) Each cottage has a maximum number of guests that is listed on this contract you must verify that it is correct. That number is not to be exceeded - this includes children and adults. For fire safety, we are required to limit the number in each home. If additional people are found to be staying at the cottage the entire group will be asked to vacate with no refund. Inflatable mattresses or alternative sleeping other than pack n plays or cribs are not allowed. Tents are also not allowed on the property.
6.) Pets are not permitted. If a pet is on the property then there will be a $1500 fee and it will be required that the owner board the pet immediately.
7.) Damages are to be reported during your stay. If we find damage after you vacate, you authorize the charge to your credit card for replacement or repair or provide another credit card number, pay by cash or check. Damages reported upon arrival will not be guests' responsibility.
8.) Cleaners will come to the cottage after you have departed - they will not visit to clean, change linens, or replace towels during your stay. Please contact the office should you need assistance during your stay regarding any cleaning items.
9.) Grills are to be cleaned after each use.
10.) Quiet time is after 10pm nightly. We do not tolerate loud groups and college like parties anytime of the day or night. Drinking games are not allowed on the property. Neighbors must NOT hear you inside or outside the cottage after 10pm.
11.) You are at least 25 years old and will be able to verify with valid identification during your stay if needed.
12.) Weddings and formal events are NOT permitted on our properties, if there is found to be a formal event on the property the entire group will be asked to vacate the property with a no refund. It is acceptable to have a visitors during the day hours but that number can not be more than 1.5 the maximum occupancy of the cottage.
13.) No more than 5 people in the hot tub and 4 in the sauna at a time. Please rinse of all oils and lotions before entering the hot tub as the filter will not be able to keep up. KIDS CAN NOT BE IN THE HOT TUB OR SAUNA WITOUT AN ADULT!
14.) The garage is not available for use.
15.). Marina and pool is NOT available for guests and is private property, do not enter.
16.) Fireworks are prohibited on the property at all times.
17.) Please do not wear your shoes in the townhouse.
18.) Do not hang towels, cloths or anything outside over railings or decks.
19.) NO coolers in the house, you will be responsible for any damages due to any coolers in the home.
*Disclosure: There may be cameras with sound at outside entrances of cottages ONLY.
These rules are strictly enforced due to NEW city and township ordinances. This contract is the only warning you will get. If any rules are not followed all local fines, security deposits and any other charges will be charged to guest and the entire group will be asked to vacate the property. This communication is necessary so that your vacation experience is a good one for your group and our neighboring community. Please ENJOY your stay!
