Summary: This is a very special property. Quaint, right on the water, owned and operated by John Orlando and wife. He is a very interesting host, lifetime resident and interesting to get to know. I highly recommend a stay here. Room was just right.

Summary: I booked an overnight stay for my mom and I as a Christmas gift for her, as she had never traveled to Gloucester. We planned a trip to hunt for seaglass and wanted to stay close to Pavilion Beach. SO glad we decided to stay here! John is very warm, welcoming, and conversational. He made us feel at home right away, and even carried my mom's overnight bag upstairs to our room. We stayed in the Manchester room, which had a beautiful view of the beach across the street. The bathroom was super tiny but very clean and we slept very well in the comfy bed. They had a little welcome basket with snacks & bottled water in our room waiting for us, and cookies in the common room downstairs. The next morning before checkout we spent an hour or so in the common room, enjoyed a slice of walnut coffee cake, coffee & orange juice; chatted with John about the property and played with Skipper, his adorable dog. Cannot say enough good things about this place & would recommend to all our family & friends!

Summary: John welcomed us and was a remarkable host. We stayed in six different accomodations on this trip and this one was by far our favorite. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Parking is free and convenient. John gave us a great dining recommendation which was within an easy 8-10 minute walk. We would love to stay here again. Thank you for being a great host.

Summary: WONDERFUL - We stayed at the Harborview for our granddaughters wedding. The staff (family run business) was great and our view was amazing. I would definitely recommend staying here. We truly enjoyed our brief visit.

Summary: We stayed here from Friday to Monday for a wedding we were in. The Inn keeper Sam and the Inn owner John, were more than welcoming when we got there. This place was so cozy and really made you feel like home.

Summary: We really like the location and view. We were able to walk to restaurants and the walkway across the street was beautiful for miles. I also really like the owners as they were so accommodating and helpful.
