Positive: Location is 10/10, staff is friendly and welcoming, room and bed were comfortable, lovely breakfast options, and decor throughout was beautifully curated.

Negative: Deep cleaning of carpet and couch is needed as they were stained. Some floor creaking in old buildings is expected, but in our room it was very loud and the floor felt like it might give way.

Positive: Close to everything with good views. Good standard of comfort and friendly/professional staff.

Negative: A bit pricey in line with Padstow in general. Restaurant menu choice not the best however very good quality food and service.

Positive: The hotel was spotless and welcoming. Location is great for walking into the town. Room was lovely with complimentary gin, even though we did not partake and comfortable bed.

Negative: The parking is very tight - if you can get a space ! Very limited for the size of hotel. There is parking nearby in a public car park but you would have to carry bags up steps to get to the hotel and it would be a nightmare in the summer.
